Docklands’ 3,700 sq m (40,000 sq ft) super stage with water pit is one of the largest in the Southern Hemisphere. The studio also offers five additional stages ranging from 743 sq m (8,000 sq ft) to 2,323 sq m (25,000 sq ft), along with two LED volumes – one measuring 12 m x 88 m in Stage 1 and another 8 m x 21 m in Stage 3 – both operated by NantStudios.

Each stage includes support facilities such as production offices, storage, dressing and make-up rooms. The lot also features three mess halls and a 6,680 sq metre workshop with eight bays, ideal for set and props construction, costume and storage.

Powered entirely by renewable electricity through Victoria’s State Electricity Commission (SEC), Docklands is Australia’s first major studio to achieve this milestone. The secure site offers ample parking and operates as a dry-hire facility, giving productions access to Victoria’s extensive network of world-class service providers across lighting, camera, drone, equipment hire, editing, VFX and post.
